Getting chill~ uuh.. wanton recipe

it's 10 degrees this morning. malaysia weather can never drop down to this level.
i have been on my cereal diet for weeks now, not that i like it that way... anyway, i need to have something different, but what? oh, how i wish i can go out and buy hokkien mee for breakfast :(
i called home the other day and my mum laughed when i told her that i cooked almost every dinner. ya, i am a princess at home and i never cooked for meals (~yesterday, okay stop singing that song already)

i make some wanton today and going to have dry wanton mee for dinner. do check out for my own recipe (these ingredients are all i have in the fridge, that's why) *blushed*

Fried wanton and Malaysian wanton mee

Ingredients (4 serving)
1. 1/2 package wonton skin (bought this from 168 market at china town)
2. 1 tbs sesame oil
3. 1 tbs soy sause
4. 1 b minced chicken (or lean pork)
5. 1 pinch ground pepper
6. 3 cloves garlic, mashed
7. 1 sprig celery, finely chopped
8. 1 pinch of salt
9. 1 tbs oyster sause
10. 1 egg
11. some water to seal the wanton skin (some sites advise to seal with egg/corn flour but water works just the same)

These are the ingredients to make wanton

1. put the filling in the centre of the wanton skin
2. dip some water along 2 sides of the skin, as to glue the skin like the 2nd picture
3. then press the middle of the wanton to make the 2 corners meet. dip some water to glue the corner together.

the wanton serve better after putting them in the fridge

i had wanton in the soup with celery for lunch.

yummy, i love my wanton...
